- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial months
- Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice

Custom applications developed for you remain your property, subject to our retention of underlying framework and reusable components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bold Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
